For all of you who have been patiently waiting for a simple explanation of the alleged, "Healthcare Reformed Act", this is the quintessential diagram. It takes all 2700 pages, not to mention the millions or regulations that are being developed, in one chart. I wish I could take credit for this but I have better things to do with my time.
